Inventory Management System

Inventory is a stock of goods held at a specific location, at a specific point of time. Inventory management System includes logical management of inventory as well as the physical arrangement of stock as per activities of importance. It includes the sub modules like: Product Category Management, Management of Stock Keeping Units, Inventory Lookup, Item Transactions (Issue/Receipts), Inventory audit, Stock replenishment, Periodic stock verification, Reports.

Sales

Sales modules aims at providing the necessary functionality to interface with the customer and receive customer enquiries or orders and processing them. Sales module provides necessary information about inventory to the customer. The functionalities supported by the module have been pided into the following sub-modules: Customer, Enquiries, Quotations, and Sales Orders, Delivery Challan, Sales analysis and Reporting.

Procurement

Procurement module deals with the process of purchasing goods and services to meet planned or actual demand. The sub modules are requisition raising, generating an enquiry against an indent, Quotation generation, generating purchase order, and delivery challan and invoice authorization and reports.

Manufacturing

The manufacturing module includes the basic functionalities executed in a manufacturing company.   The functionalities supported by the module have been pided into the following sub-modules: Receiving Sales Order, generating respective work order, production planning, keep track of produced items and shop floor management facilities for the machines.

Shipping and Receiving

The shipping & receiving module provides support for executing and recording receiving and shipment operations. Support for QA, Packaging and On-site Service, Report generation have also been incorporated into the module.

While all the modules mentioned above are important for providing effective Supply Chain Management operations of an organization, we feel that any SME will be needing the Inventory Management  module  for improving the efficiency of operations. Keeping in view our objective to make the software available at an affordable price to SMEs it was decided to provide this  module available as Free download. These  component is made as generic as possible in its features to meet any organization needs. Inventory component is stand-alone and provided with independent auto installer.
