C-DAC Hyderabad is focusing on end point security and developed indigenous end point security solutions, NAYAN (Network Abhigam niYantrAN) and USB Pratirodh are developed to address the confidentiality, Authentication, Network Access Control and USB Device Control features for Windows and Linux based end systems of network. Keeping in view the limitation of existing anti-malware solutions to address the continuously growing malware threat especially zero-day attacks, innovative approaches based on heuristics as well as application behaviour whitelisting are used products like Malware Resist and Malware Prevention System (MPS) were developed. Centre is also focusing on mobile device security and web application security
